- Yes. We can alias (park) additional domains to point to the same main page as your master domain and it will also share the same mail system. There is a one-time
$50.00 set-up fee for each domain you add as an alias. This service is available for your clients also. Though we only charge a one-time set-up fee, many hosting companies charge a monthly fee for this feature. Reselling this feature is yet another source of revenue for you.

To help your clients get started and maximize their Internet experience we provide numerous full-length tutorials on HTML, Java Script, FrontPage 98 and FrontPage 2000. Depending on their preference they can either download the tutorials or view them online. Keep checking as we are constantly adding new training courses.

4. Do you handle Foreign Domain Name Registrations?

- We currently house domains from over 120 countries, and can house any valid domain name extension. Currently we offer domain name registration services only for .com, .net and .org extensions. In the Reseller Control Center, you will find a "Foreign" link, which is a useful resource page linking to most registration services around the world.

5. How do I add or delete features on my client's domains?

- As our reseller we provide you total control over all your resold accounts. You will be given access to the Reseller Control Center, where you will find numerous online forms to add or delete features on any of your resold accounts. Most applications for domain features and account add-ons are processed immediately, but some may require up to 24 hours. Please refer to the individual set-up schedules.

- Yes. We provide Support that allows us to directly take questions from your clients and still remain completely anonymous.
We also provide a number of online training courses in HTML, FrontPage and Java, all in HTML and fully searchable. We also offer an extensive Support Manual along with a detailed Support FAQ to provide you and your customers with answers to all support queries immediately. The Support FAQ is constantly being updated and offers a searchable archive of all support-related queries. We make it a point to never interact directly with the reseller 's clientele.

8. How is billing handled?

- Our Reseller Program does not require long term contracts. Every month we send you a consolidated invoice/statement for the charges that you have accrued for that month. The statement will list all resold domains under your Master Account and additional features installed on each domain. It is your responsibility to directly bill and collect from each of your individual customers. Once you receive your monthly invoice, you have up to 15 days to provide payment.

9. Do I have to use your Name Servers?

- No you don't. To provide you with the highest levels of anonymity, we offer Personalized Name Servers. For a nominal monthly fee, we can set-up an alias with your domain name on our name servers so you can register domains for your clients using your name servers instead of ours. Plus when your customers perform a domain name lookup (via
whois), they will see your Name Server information not ours, thereby promoting your brand.
